Persimmon Hills Golf Course

The Course

Persimmon Hills is a tree lined layout in the gentle hills of Northwest Tennessee.  Originally built as nine holes in 1965 and known as the Weakley County Country Club, it was expanded to eighteen holes in 1987.  The course features ‘Emerald’ dwarf bermudagrass greens, zoysia and bermudagrass fairways and tees, and bermudagrass roughs.  Seven water features, five sandtraps, and several elevated greens keep the tract challenging for the low handicap golfer but the 6300 yard distance and five sets of tees, including the “Family Fun Tees” insure that even the beginner or casual golfer can enjoy their round. Enjoy spending time in nature as you share the course with deer, turkey, foxes, owls, and insect eating bats.

Our Pro Shop features cold and hot drinks, a wide selection of snacks, along with balls, tees, and other necessities. We also offer a wide range of club repair services, from regripping to reshafting, and offer competitive pricing on all of our supplies.
